Scarves have always been my little hyper fixation. In my mind, there is no greater synchronicity of art and fashion than scarf design. The use of patterns, exploration of colors, and versatility of use make scarves the perfect canvas for artistic expression. I have always been infatuated with the bold and timeless designs of Hermes and Gucci scarves. As a painter with little sewing knowledge but a deep love of self-expression through fashion, I have always been drawn to wearable art, and nothing has felt more achievable than scarves.
For me, nothing elevates an outfit more than adding a scarf—especially on my lazy days. When I’m wearing neutrals and a high collar, I can fasten one around my neck, instantly adding a pop of color and texture. Draped over my shoulders, tied in my hair, or even wrapped around the handle of a bag, scarves have a way of turning the everyday into something intentional and expressive.
When navigating the depths of branded merch and expanding an artist’s business— I have made many mistakes and through those mistakes understood the need for my “merch” to feel like art and to represent the actuality of my brand…hyper-feminity. It was puzzling for me to attempt street wear designs, t-shirts when as I show up as The Brie Show— I come adorned in floor length vintage nightgowns and glitter. As I have expanded my brand, scarves have felt the most aligned with how art infuses with fashion and how I myself express myself.

The process starts with my paintings—works that are deeply tied to femininity, bold textures, and storytelling. I carefully select pieces that will translate well onto fabric, ensuring that the details, brushstrokes, and color palettes remain vivid and intentional. Then, through a high-quality printing process, my art is transferred onto silk or other soft, flowing materials that enhance the movement and beauty of the designs.
Each scarf becomes more than just an accessory; it’s a statement piece, a conversation starter, and a bridge between art and everyday life. I love seeing how people style them— the versatility of scarves allows each person to make the piece their own, which is what excites me most about wearable art.

Bringing my art into fashion through scarves feels like the most natural extension of my work. It allows my paintings to exist in a dynamic, ever-changing form rather than being confined to a canvas. More than anything, it makes art feel approachable, something to be touched, worn, and loved rather than just observed.
